My son is highly sensitive and they have been absolutely amazing at helping him feel comfortable with his treatment plan. Dr. Dent explained everything to him in a laidback manner and made it such a positive experience. My son loves technology and Dr. Dent tapped into that which helped motivate my son to do his part in using his aligners as prescribed. Highly recommend this practice for any orthodontic needs!

I recently visited Dr. Dent and his wife for a second opinion regarding orthodontic treatment I had already completed at another office, and I honestly could not have been more impressed with the experience. Dr. Dent and his wife were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. His office was also meticulously clean, organized, and well-maintained, which immediately gave me an even greater sense of confidence and comfort. What stood out to me most was that Dr. Dent took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me without ever speaking negatively about another orthodontist or trying to convince me to spend money unnecessarily. He could have easily told me that my previous treatment should have been done differently and taken my money by promising additional treatment, but he didn’t. Instead, he was completely honest about my situation and realistic about what could and could not be improved. That level of honesty and integrity truly stood out to me. It was refreshing to meet a doctor who puts doing what is right for the patient ahead of simply making money. His honesty is clearly part of his practice, and I genuinely appreciate that. If you are still debating where to go for yourself or your child’s orthodontic care, I would highly recommend giving Dr. Dent a chance. You can feel confident that he will take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you are properly taken care of. After visiting several orthodontic offices, Dr. Dent really stood out to me—not because he promised me more, but because he was honest enough to tell me what I actually needed. We had our first consult with Sunrise Orthodontics this week and had such an awesome experience! Brittany got us all checked in and let us know what to expect and how the appointment would go. She was so great! Dr. Dent went through all of our x-rays, let us know what type of treatment he would recommend and even gave my 12-year-old some homework to prepare for braces when we are ready. He was so thorough and answered all of our questions. His delivery was so effective, my son has been diligent with his “homework” and can’t wait to go back to finally get braces!

Wonderful experience from start to finish! This whole office is “people first” and you can just sense it. They can make balloon animals for the kids and it’s such a nice touch to ease kid nerves. Dr. Bent is knowledgeable and explains in easy to understand terms. Definitely recommend!

Did a great job explaining the process from start to finish helping to eaze our child's anxiety even during the procedure. Very friendly staff and pleasant environment. Went to a couple of other local orthodontists where it felt more like a sales pitch than orthodontics.

Sunrise Orthodontics is a beautiful modern ortho office, Dr Dent was very helpful and professional doctor, he had all the answers to my questions and Brittany at the front desk was very sweet and helpful as well. 10/10 highly recommend this office!

This is not my child's orthodontist, but when we needed emergency assistance, this office saved the day. So much better than those corporate owned multi-orthodontist offices in the Nocatee area. None of them would help us. But this office was so welcoming and helpful that I had to recommend them. You can only get this kind of treatment at an office where every person that comes through the door is important to them.

Dr Dent, Brittany and Andrea were awesome! So welcoming and positive atmosphere! Explained everything and answered our questions. Did not push treatment.

My daughter had braces out of state and cracked her retainer. We called Sunrise and got in right away to get her a new one. Dr Dent and Brittany are so nice and professional and the brand new office is amazing. I highly recommend them!

Amazing office!!

Great Orthodontist ! Very friendly and professional environment. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful getting my son's retainer from a previous Orthodontist out of state. Would highly recommend!

My daughter gets highly personalized attention here. She is younger than the norm for braces but the staff and Dr Dent are so sweet and they make her feel so comfortable. They remember her name and even her favorite music. She is always able to be seen right away for any issues. We are happy with Sunrise Orthodontics and would recommend to others.
